My favorite photo from Tasmania. I woke up at 3:30am, drove for an hour to the Tasman Peninsula, hiked for two hours in the dark and rain, hoping to catch a beautiful sunrise. The clouds parted just as the sun rose above Cape Hauy, giving me one of the most jaw dropping sunrises of my life. Landscape photography is a gamble, and I got lucky as hell here.
